Class Information

Classes generally consist of yogic breathing  (pranyama) followed by a series of warm-ups and yoga postures (asana).  Classes end with relaxation pose (savasana and yoga nidra) yogic breathing and a general sense of well-being.  Various meditation techniques will be taught,  including guided imagery.  Program can easily be modified to meet individual needs.
